It's been said throughout this blog that the company needs change.

With all these new appointments and hires, where's the change for the real people who run the company? We'll have a monthly wrap up of the comments next week...until then, Happy Holidays!

ReplyDeleteBe careful what you wish for. This company has had plenty of change since i have been an employee. If you ask me, it's pretty good right now.
In a struggling economy, we have stability, no debt, and peanut butter & jelly sandwiches in the breakroom. What more can you ask for?
As a former BJ'S Manager who has been quoted by the blog operators a couple of times, change will NOT occur until those from the IVORY TOWER in Massachusetts realize it is all the " little people " who
ReplyDeletekeep the company operating. As long as the stock prices do well, and the "Massachusetts Crew " keeps on making insane salaries and bonus', nothing will change. I have
offered to talk with the "Massachusetts Crew", and inform them about how things run, HOWEVER, it falls on dead ears.....
So PB&J in the break room makes up for all the other nonsense? How easily some are distracted.
ReplyDeleteHow about some free coffee??
ReplyDeleteI would like to thank Roxanne at Club 156; for taking care of her employees.
ReplyDeleteShe goes the extra mile to make us feel like family.
Thank you Rox, you're the best.
Question...
ReplyDeleteWhy does corporate ask for cost saving suggestions, only to ignore them even though numbers for saving money were quoted chain wide to a regional manager?
My aunt works at BJ's and suggested something to do with un-necessary code signs(?) that have to be changed.
Why do you ignore cost saving suggestions and yet keep bragging about all the money you are making?
Couldn't you be hiring extra help with these savings in paper cost? Just a suggestion if you are looking to make some changes to save money.
P.S... I'm saying something because my aunt is afraid of ramifications from management if they posted it. Sad, itn't it?
