Thor Equities has proposed to bring a BJ's Wholesale Club to Brooklyn's Shore Parkway.
Thor Equities Developer Joe Sitt is getting back to his retail roots and proposing construction of a new 214,000-square-foot shopping center at 1752 Shore Parkway.
The Amboy Bus Company is currently using the site to store its school buses.
Plans to construct space for a new BJ’s Wholesale Club and three other retail stores between 24th Avenue and Bay 37th Streetwill get a hearing at the Department of City Planning on October 29.

Bj coming to bensonhurst would be great for the area. It will create jobs and also lead to a competitive market which would give people a much needed break. The area is becoming supressed and Bj's would give an economic lift.

ReplyDeletesince when does bjs become aplace where nobody cares how can two inviduals be allowed to carry out a dictatorship kind of rule and nothing is done.since when does bjs hire people from outside into senior level positions and team members that has given teir sacrafice to this company for a number of years be overlooked spme times positions are not even posted.promote individuls om merit and knowlege not by friends and the colr of their skin.
