What a Great Response!

During the last winter storm I was forced to collect carts in the ice -storm, without the benefit of any kind of protective gear. This is prime example of the abuses from management that occur without the benifit of union protection. If management can get away with it they will. A union will hold them accountable and they would not be able to treat workers in this manner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
